JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 191 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 427, 353, 435, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 3/4 Essential Public Service Act. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner and others are said to have attacked upon the doctor and employees of the hospital and damaged medicines, records, furniture etc. and set the government hospital on fire causing loss of Rs.80 lacs, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41595 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
