JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 It has been submitted that due to typographical mistake in the prayer portion of the application, word 'Jamui' has been typed in place of word 'Munger' and accordingly, in the order dated 25.02.2016 in the last paragraph 'S.D.J.M., Jamui' has been typed, which should be 'S.D.J.M., Munger'. Considering the same as bonafide mistake, let in the last paragraph of order dated 25.02.2016 after to the satisfaction of 'S.D.J.M., Jamui' be read as 'S.D.J.M., Munger'.
