The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A) An appropriate writ (s), order (s), direction(s) commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to work as V.C. operator, Child Friendly Court at Begusarai.

(B) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ (s), order (s), direction (s) directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner his honorarium for the period for which he has worked.

(C) Any other order (s) which this Hon'ble Court to any other relief (s) to which he is found to be entitled to.

(D) A writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to issuance of a direction upon the respondents to make payment of the outstanding honorarium amount for the period, the petitioner had worked as V.C. Operator.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for payment of the outstanding honorarium amount for the period he has worked as V.C. Operator. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
