For issuance of an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to regularize service of the petitioners on post of Driver under concerned Sub-Division/Block/Circle, DistrictSupaul. (ii). For issuance order/direction of an appropriate direction or writ for direction to concerned authority of Sub-Division/Block/Circle, DistrictSupaul to let the petitioners continue in their job (Driver) till they attain the age of superannuation."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
