2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No.34 of 2022 dated 13.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 376/504/323/120B IPC and Section 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offence Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks
