1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7756 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 absorb/rehabilitate the petitioners in regular Government Service on class IV post as per the order dated 11.08.2015 passed by this Hon'ble court in L.P.A. No. 1489/2011 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 8418/2010 as well as the order dated 03.03.2017 passed by this Hon'ble court in C.W.J.C. No. 384/2017 which was affirmed vide order dated 23.01.2018 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble court in L.P.A. No. 1047/2017 as the petitioners are similarly situated candidates likewise the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 384/2017, giving the petitioners all legal and consequential benefit."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue under consideration, in the present writ petition is pending adjudication, before the Hon'ble Apex Court, hence in case the said issue is decided in favour of the petitioners, the petitioners be granted liberty to approach this Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
