2. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 10.09.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 63153 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10.09.2025, petitioner was granted bail and six weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the lower court, but due to his non-availability in Bihar, he could not surrender before the lower court within time fixed by this Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29005 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 extension of time to surrender the petitioner before the lower court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 10.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 63153 of 2025.

6. The order dated 10.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 63153 of 2025. stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
