An Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking exemption from personal appearance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14767 of 2012 dt.30-03-2017 respondent no. 1, the Principal Secretary, Labour Resource Department, Government of Bihar, on the ground that he is out of Patna for official purpose. Prayer for exemption from personal appearance of respondent no.1 is allowed. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.

This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to issue original certificate of National Trade Certificate for which examination was conducted in the year 1998.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 stating therein that the said certificate has already been issued by the National Council for Vocational Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, New Delhi on 24.01.2017.

This application has, in my view, become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner should be compensated for the delay caused for issuance of the said certificate.

I do not find any merit in such contention.

There is delay on the part of the petitioner also in approaching this Court. He filed this application on

Patna High Court CWJC No.14767 of 2012 dt.30-03-2017 09.08.2012.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.

Personal appearance of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 stands dispensed with.
