JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.34 of 2017, registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that one Shashikant Pandey, the maternal grandson of the petitioner enticed away the informant's daughter with the help of others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is maternal grandmother, lives in another village. She is 72 years old lady and the specific allegation is against Shashikant Pandey, she has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of
