The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018 (C.R.I. Case No. 2285/18) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case for the alleged occurrence. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
