The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,326,307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner No.1 is of commission of firearm injury to Madan Yadav and allegation against petitioner No.2 is of commission of sharp cut injury to Anil Vishwakarma. The Doctor has found injury caused by hard and blunt substance at the eyebrow of Madan Yadav and simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance at Anil Vishwakarma.

No.27753 of 2020(4) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 Considering the fact that prosecution allegation is not corroborated by medical evidence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sigori P.S.Case No. 78 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
