The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P. S. Case No. 6 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that e-rickshaw of the informant was stolen by unknown thief from Patel Chowk, Ballia. During course of investigation, it has come that I.O. got information from informant and police officers of Town P.S. that stolen e-rickshaw of this case has been recovered and person responsible for committing theft is confined in Town police station.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. He has no concern with

Petitioner is in custody since 8.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 6 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
