The State, in the show cause, has stated that for the financial year 2012-2013, vide memo no. 848 dated 24/04/2013, an additional Grant of Rs.543,37,75,990/- (Five hundred forty three crores thirty seven lakhs seventy five thousand nine hundred and ninety only) has been released to the University for payment of its employees arrears toward pension, other post retiral benefits including arrears of salary.

In view of the statement made in the show cause of the State, there is no purpose to keep the matter pending accepting the plea of the State with regard to the compliance of the order of this Court.
