2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 449 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 352 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 lodged on 28.11.2024 by the informant, Phoolshankar Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that armed variously, the accused side attacked them and in the process, Ankit Kumar gave 'farsa' blow to his son, Subhas Singh while Dhruv Singh (petitioner) gave blows on the hand
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28487 of 2025(4) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 causing fracture. When the lady, informant went to rescue them, allegation is that, Deepak Kumar gave rod blow to Rahul Kumar and they escaped. They were shifted to Sadar Hospital and then to Muzaffarpur whereafter, the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury on the head by Ankit Kumar has been found to be simple in nature as per the injury report that has come in the case diary.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant has taken this Court to the injury on the right hand which shows the fracture at distal end of radius and shaft of distal phalanx of ring finger. The forearm shows mildly displaced fracture noted at distal shaft of ulna.
6. These injuries have been attributed to this petitioner, found to be grievous in nature, in that background, no relief can be extended.
