JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Let the petitioner raise his grievance with regard to the left over issue of payment of G.P.F. by filing an application before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani, with supporting evidence and material. Verification of the same would be done and thereafter the settlement of G.P.F. dues will be made within a reasonable time frame preferably within four months of filing of such application.
