JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the F.I.R itself, it appears that the victim was at the informant's place and she committed suicide after a tiff with her husband.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on

No.111 of 2016 (2) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 372 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
