This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 41232 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but they could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as petitioner No. 2 was suffering from acute Back Pain and he was under treatment of Dr. Lalan Prasad from 20.02.2018 to 13.04.2018. The petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are family members of petitioner No. 2. In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that time for surrender of the petitioners in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29134 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 the court below is extended for further six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioners surrender in the court below, they will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 09.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 41232 of 2017.

Let this order be communicated to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 224 of 2016.
