2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Surajgarha P. S. Case No. 154 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 333, 74, 303(2), 308(3), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner snatched gold chain from the neck of informant and made firing from rifle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Though there is allegation of firing but no injury report of informant was brought on record to substantiate the allegation against petitioner. Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28814 of 2026(3) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 bail and submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation and has got nine criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
