JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party No.2 vide order dated 10.8.2017. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case there was direction of this Court to co-operate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled but opposite party No.2 is not co-operating in the investigation. This application has been preferred by the informant and not by the I.O., as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order.

If I.O. files an application for cancellation of bail before the court below, the court below will take up the matter and issue
