JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 At the very outset, Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for allowing him to make correction in paragraph-1 of the petition to the extent of altering Section 307/34 in place of Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer is allowed.

It may be done in course of the day.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a very short span of time. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, other accused persons have been granted bail. On this very ground, a prayer has been made for granting bail.

Sri Binod Kumar no.3, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that recently, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28051 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Fact remains that only on 03.12.2018 vide Cr.Misc.No.70412 of 2018, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected considering the serious accusation as well as the fact that the petitioner was accused in other seven cases and also the fact that he was evading appearance before the court below.
