2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.323/2022 dated 09.09.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 448, 447, 186, 353, 332, 333, 427, 379, 120(B)/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
