The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that the police has submitted the final form and cognizance has been taken against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail because the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Accordingly, his payer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Tariyari P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28312 of 2019(3) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 Case No. 10 of 2016 from the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
