JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. On limited issue having been raised at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the respondent no. 3, i.e., Circle Officer, Bidupur, Vaishali, to dispose of Encroachment Case Nos. 885, 886 and 887 of 2015-16 and bring the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after granting reasonable opportunity to all the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.459 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 including the private respondents.

It is further contended on behalf of the petitioner that the land of plot no. 508 appertaining to Khata no. 160 is being utilized for the construction of road without his consent and payment of compensation.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur for redressal of his grievances raised by him which should be considered and disposed of by him on its own merit and in accordance with law.
