The petitioner has filed instant application for regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.10 of 2019 registered against four unknown persons under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, four accused persons on a motorcycle, on the point of a weapon dispossessed the informant of his mobile phone, Rs.700/- in cash and the trailor of a tractor. The name of the petitioner transpires in confession of a co-accused. It is submitted that the petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor recovery of any incriminating article has taken place from the petitioner's possession, who is in custody since 20.02.2020.

The application for bail has been opposed by learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27720 of 2020(4) dt.06-01-2021 2/2 APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration, the petitioner being in custody since 20.02.2020 and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.10 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Bhojpur, Ara.
