2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, on the order of co-accused Harendra Ray, co-accused Lalu Ray assaulted with Farsa on the head of the husband of informant, as a result of which he fell down on the ground, thereafter, all the accused persons including petitioner assaulted him with lathi, danda and iron rod. When the informant, her nephew and son-in-law went to save him, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. Coaccused Ranjit Ray snatched gold chain from the neck of informant's husband. 4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific overt act against this petitioner. Case and counter case. Co-accused Harendra Ray has been granted bail by a different Bench of this court vide order dated 27.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21199 of 2023. Petitioner is a lady and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
