The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.191 of 2015 registered for the offences under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the first information report and the case is of the year 2015.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced by
