1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the Respondents authority to allow the petitioner to take part for Medical Fitness Test for appointment on the post of KAKSHPAL Prison of Advertisment No.10 of 2013 similar to others who have been successfully passed in written Examination and were earlier recommended for Medical Test, but same was stayed but now in fresh recommendation list of Medical Tect they have not been called for Medical Fitness Test. (ii) For issuance of direction to make proper enquiry of fresh result on which respondent authority conducted medical test from 10.8.2015 to 13.8.2015 for appointment of
Patna High Court CWJC No.19668 of 2015(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 Kakchpal in the light of Advertisement No.10/2013 but names have been recommended those persons also who have not qualified in written test."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
