JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard Sri Amitabh Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Five petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case no.285/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 304 B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case as there is no demand of dowry, whereas learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail, submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1547 of 2016 (3) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 the daughter of the informant was done to death by putting her on fire. The place of occurrence was examined by the Investigating Officer and the case has been corroborated during investigation. In view of facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed.
