The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 123 of 2016, registered under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that one Vinay Kumar Yadav of village Batwa, P.O. Ramchandra Nagar, P.S. Jamhore, District- Aurangabad filed a complaint in Janta Adalat of District Magistrate to the effect that School Leaving Certificate No. 55, dated 15.01.2000 issued by the then Headmaster of Middle School Amaona, Daudnagar, Aurangabad was found forged and fabricated. Accordingly, the said School Leaving Certificate was verified with the school register, which was found forged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38934 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 admittedly the petitioner was the Headmaster of Middle School, Amona and he retired in the year 2010. Further submission is that the said certificate was got prepared by the applicant behind the back of the petitioner and as such he has not prepared the said certificate. The petitioner is aged about 66 years and having no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar (Aurangabad) in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
