JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2024 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No.16267 of 2021, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 24.01.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the petitioners could not remove the defects, however, he undertakes to remove the defects, within a period of two weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.16267 of 2021 to its original

The present restoration petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
