This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay remuneration to the petitioner forthwith which is held since June, 2013 and not to take any coercive action against the petitioner till continuance of the project. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for more remuneration as he has worked till August, 2013 whereas, the respondents are making payment of remuneration till July, 2013 only.

Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the contract the petitioner was allowed for work for a limited

As these are the disputed questions of fact, this Court will not examine the same. Hence, this writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate authority / forum for redressal of his grievance. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
