JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section307, 323, 341, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the son of the informant was assaulted by Rahul Kumar, brother-in-law of the petitioner on 06.04.2015 when protest was made by the informant then the petitioner pointed pistol on the temporal region of the daughter of the informant thereafter tried to drag her also and subsequently resorted to fire.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of dispute accusation has been levelled against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.330 of 2016 (2) dt.07-01-2016 the petitioner.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
