The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 417 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that from perusal of the FIR, it would be evident that no offence under Sections 420, 467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code would be made out against the petitioner and the matter is out and out a civil dispute which has been given colour of a criminal case. It is further contended that in any view of the matter, as the petitioner was a purchaser, in

Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 417 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
