22-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith two co-accused persons shot dead Nati (grand-son) of the informant. Post-mortem report also corroborates the prosecution case.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the specific accusation of firing against petitioner, as a result of which, informant's Nati died, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
