1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For direction for payment of arrears of salary from August, 2007 and from April, 2008 to November, 2008 while the petitioner was posted at Fathepur Block under Gaya district. (ii) For payment of salary from October 2009 to February 2012 and from July 2012 to February 2013 due to absence of allotment of government fund.

(iii) For grant of benefits of ACP and MACP which were not given to him during entire service period with arrears arising out of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7188 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 aforesaid benefits with admissible interest as well as upon the dues amount of salary."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
