In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing and also in view of the averment made in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to make necessary payment to the petitioner commencing from March 2001 to 25.07.2001 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order as it appears from the averment that such decision has already been taken by the respondent authorities.
