The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1. That the present writ petition is being preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the concerned authorities to consider his claim for promotion in trained graduate scale as well as Headmaster and passed the consequential order for posting in appropriate place under elementary schools taken into consideration details with effect that several teachers having lesser status and rank and below in seniority list were considered and consequently necessary promotion and necessary promotional benefit extended by them which attracts right of equity and requirement of natural justice
Patna High Court CWJC No.21266 of 2014 (2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 and for the other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case."
The petitioner has filed a representation for redressal of his grievance vide Annexure-4 series before the respondent no. 2, the District Education Officer, Khagaria.
Considering the reliefs as sought for in the present writ application, the respondent no. 2, the District Education Officer, Khagaria, is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
