2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners along with other accused, Niraj Paswan has tried to commit rape with the victim.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.

5. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within two weeks.
