JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State and Accountant General. The petitioner retired, on 31.03.2007, on attaining the age of 60 years, as Fireman, from Bettiah District. Belatedly, he submits that he is given the benefit of ACP in 'illiterate scale' instead of literate scale.

If the petitioner files a fresh detailed representation before the respondent no. 3, the District Fire Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah, he would look into the grievances of the petitioner and would pass necessary instructions in the matter, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of
