The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner in order to approach the Court below for regular bail with liberty to press the compromise taken place between the parties. Permission granted. Accordingly, the present
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25584 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 application for granting anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
However, withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application will not prejudice to the petitioner and in the event, the petitioner surrender before the Court below and prays for regular bail, the Court below shall dispose it of keeping in view the compromise taken place between the parties and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
