Though this writ petition is filed for commanding the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioners for regularisation but when it is taken up it is informed by Mr. Garg, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that an advertisement was published by the district authorities on 26.12.2015 against which, these petitioners filed their applications for appointment. He thus prays for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.994 of 2016 dt.18-08-2018 the petitioners on the application so filed bearing in mind that these petitioners have been serving the district as daily-wagers. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the present status of the matter, where the petitioners have filed their applications in response to the advertisement dated 26.12.2015 and also claim to be working on daily wages, let the District Magistrate, Kaimur consider their claim for appointment on its merit and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of 3 months of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
