Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State would submit that the petitioner has been paid all his dues, which has been disputed by the petitioner, who appears in person. He submits that he has been paid Rs. 20,000/- less than his entitlement.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.12617 of 2019(3) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif to provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month from today and after hearing the petitioner, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Biharsharif shall pass appropriate order on the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that Rs. 20,000/- more amount is to be paid to the petitioner, the petitioner should be paid the aforesaid amount within 45 days from today.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
