The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Special Case No.775 of 2021 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018.

Since there is no recovery of country made liquor from conscious possession of the petitioners, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

No.37457 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.775 of 2021 arising out of Khusrupur P.S.
