1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that his grand daughter was married to Ranveer, after marriage her in-laws started harassing her for a motorcycle, next alleges that accused persons including the petitioners and husband killed his daughter by hanging

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case being father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, it is next submitted that informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and the allegation regarding demand of dowry and torture is also general and omnibus in nature, it is next submitted that husband of the deceased is in custody since 20.11.2022. Learned counsel further submits that whenever such occurrence takes place, the entire family members are implicated in a mechanical manner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
