Mr.Syed Ehteshamuddin ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 447 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant reached at his field then saw that petitioners along with 10 others were engaged to plough his filed and damaging the house situated in the field, on which, the informant made protest then all started to abuse. When the informant made protest then Vijay Paswan (petitioner no. 1) gave lathi blow at

Thereafter, Rajeev Kumar and Usha Devi, brother and mother of the informant, rushed to save him then Sikki Sahni (petitioner no.5) also gave lathi blow at the head of Rajeev Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, occurrence took place due to land dispute, in which, petitioner's side also sustained injury, regarding which, Teghra P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 is also instituted on the basis of written statement of petitioner no.1. Moreover, the injuries, as found on the person of the informant and his brother, are simple in nature and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
