2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to refund the amount deducted from the salary of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner wrongly granted 3rd A.C.P benefit at the pay scale of 4800/- inspite of 4600/- and the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.7229 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 in not due to misrepresentation or fault of the petitioner and other A.N.M working alongwith the petitioner granted 3rd A.C.P at the pay scale of 4800/- and the respondents deducted the excess payment in the tune of 50,000/- per month installment of total excessive amount paid from 15.11.2000 i.e. 7,34,539.00 and/or for any other order/orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority demanding express/explicit relief.

4. As such, this writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority, demanding express/explicit relief in clear terms. Upon receipt of the petitioner's fresh representation, the concerned respondent authority shall pass order within 90 days thereafter.
