====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 Heard the parties The case is registered under Sections 448,307,504, 506/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Mehus P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021.

As per the FIR, amongst other, specific allegations has been made against the petitioner that he opened fire hitting the stomach of the Bablu Kumar, as a result whereof, he fell down on the ground.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34616 of 2022.

Earlier the report was called which has been received and as per the letter no. 52/2023 dated 18.05.2023 sent by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31052 of 2023(3) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 learned Session Judge, Sheikhpura, the prosecution argument has already been finished and on 24.05.2023 the same was fixed for the defence argument.

In view of the fact that the trial is at final stage, for the present, this Court is not inclined to grant him any relief which is accordingly rejected.
