2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for direction to the respondents authorities not to deduct the area from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8434 of 2025(2) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 Jamabandi no. 845,989 of the petitioner on the basis of alleged false and illegal sale deed no. 14733 dated 18.11.2023;

(ii). the respondents should be directed to protect the peaceful possession of the petitioner in the joint family dwelling house Situated at Mauza- Shambhopur Koari, Thana No.-175, Khata no- 332, Plot No.- 872 of Bhagwanpur circle, P.sSaray, Hajipur, Vaishali (iii) pass such order/orders as Lordships may deem fit and proper.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be filing an appropriate petition before the competent Civil Court.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said stand of the petitioner.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the competent Civil Court.
