Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 355 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that a desi katta and two live cartridge was recovered from the bedroom of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case as the recovery of the arms was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner though it was recovered from the

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 355 of 2021.
