2. This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the office.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 07.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15086 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to inadvertently, the name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Akka" son of Md. Kallu in place of "Md. Shahzad @ Akka", son of Md. Kallu in the cause title of the aforesaid order-sheet, due to which, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish the bail bonds before

4. In view of the above, let the order dated 07.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15086 of 2024 in the cause title of the aforesaid order-sheet, the name of the petitioner be read as Md. Shahzad @ Akka, son of Md. Kallu in place of "Akka" son of Md. Kallu and the time be further extended for four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/surrendering before the court below concerned from the receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 07.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15086 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
